The Art & Science of Saving Lives!

Our emotional and mental states play a critical role in First Aid just as much as Living Food builds our bodies 13+ anatomical systems to provide energy for us to live a healthy life. As a Life Coach applying Solution Focused Brief Therapy for counseling and First Aid Authorized Instructor of the American Red Cross I am energised by the potential of our possibilities if we align our Intent, Purpose and Actions to the highest values of Humanity.

Life Threatening Bleeding

Internal | External

What is Internal/ExternalBleeding?

Internal bleeding (bleeding that occurs inside the body, into a body cavity or space) can be a consequence of traumatic injury and may be life threatening. This includes blunt trauma caused by impact with a flat object or a surface that does not break the skin. Falls, being struck by a vehicle or a piece of heavy equipment, being struck by an object such a bat, or being thrown into a blunt object like a steering wheel are examples.

External bleeding is bleeding that is visible on the outside of the body. Volume and flow are two ways to tell if bleeding is life-threatening. Bleeding may be life-threatening when the amount of blood present is equal to about half of what a soda can contains.

Your Biofield

The Biofield (Energy Body)

The subtle matrix. An emerging concept of a complex energy field organizing and informing the physical body. It's the blueprint of life, the aura, the chi. This system bridges the physical and spiritual, representing the fundamental, intelligent life force that precedes and patterns all form.

Its deepest roots lie in Ancient Eastern Philosophies, with concepts like Prāna in Hindu Vedantic texts (dating back over 3,000 years) and Qi (or Chi) in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which posits a vital energy flowing through meridians. These systems formed the original blueprint for understanding a subtle energy animating the physical body.

In the West, the idea emerged with the Greek concept of Pneuma (breath or spirit) and was later explored by Renaissance alchemists and mesmerists in the 18th century, who experimented with "animal magnetism." The 19th and early 20th centuries saw the rise of Theosophy and Spiritualism, which popularized the term "aura" and influenced thinkers who bridged esoteric and scientific ideas.
