Hands-Only CPR

Learn the lifesaving skill that can make the difference in the first critical minutes of an emergency. This workshop teaches simple, effective chest compression techniques designed for immediate response before professional help arrives.

First Aid, CPR & AED

Gain practical knowledge to respond confidently to medical emergencies. Participants learn essential first aid techniques, CPR procedures, and how to properly use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Basic Life Support Applications

Designed for healthcare providers and emergency responders, this course focuses on high-quality CPR, team response coordination, and critical lifesaving interventions.

Youth Disaster and Emergency Preparedness

Empowering young individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond during emergencies. This program focuses on awareness, safety planning, and responsible action.

Adult Disaster and Emergency Preparedness

Prepare for unexpected events with practical training in disaster response, evacuation planning, and community safety strategies.

Service to the Armed Forces

This free, confidential Red Cross program offers effective ways to work through challenges, improve wellbeing and build skills through small-group discussion and hands-on activities. Workshops help improve connections at home, at work and within communities. We invite active-duty service members, members of the Reserves and National Guard, veterans and military families to participate. Workshops are offered in-person or virtually.

Mind-Body Workshops We are dedicated to supporting service members, veterans and their families manage the stresses of military life. Through the creation of Mind-Body Workshops, the Red Cross teaches easy-to-use skills that connect the body with the mind to help participants cope with stress and trauma. Workshops are free and offered in small groups by licensed mental health professionals.
